Welcome to the Lake County Quilts and Fiber Arts Club
Welcome to the Lake County Quilts and Fiber Arts Club, where creativity, community, and friendship come together! Our group is open to all who share a love for quilting, sewing, and fiber arts of every kind. Whether you’re a seasoned quilter or just starting out, you’ll find inspiration, encouragement, and laughter stitched into every gathering.
Our Purpose:
Our purpose is to bring quilters and fiber artists together to learn advanced skills, exchange ideas, and inspire one another in the art of creating.
We meet on the first Monday of every month from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
The cost to attend is $20.00, which helps cover the rental of the building, insurance, and other miscellaneous expenses that keep the club running smoothly.
We encourage everyone to bring their current project and all the supplies you’ll need for a full day of creativity, laughter, and shared learning. Please note — space is limited to 30 participants at this time, so early sign-ups are encouraged to reserve your spot.
As part of our mission to celebrate and promote fiber arts, we also encourage members to enter their projects in the county fair. The club is proud to cover the entry fees for participants who wish to showcase their work — it’s a wonderful way to share your talent and inspire others!
Each meeting offers time to work on your own projects, connect with fellow makers, and share techniques, tips, and stories. It’s a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, make new friends, and be part of a supportive community that celebrates the art of quilting and fiber crafts.
Come join us — bring your creativity, your enthusiasm, and maybe a few extra scraps to share!
